A SHOWCASE OF MY WORK

Maria Gibbons (bathroom & en suite)

Maria got in touch and asked if I could tile both her her main bathroom and her en-suite.  She supplied all the tiles and asked me to supply the adhesive and grout etc.  The main bathroom had large format ceramic wall tiles in white with a silver fleck and large cream coloured porcelain tiles on the floor.  In the en-suite she chose grey tiles for the wall which had a textured finish and wood grain effect porcelain tiles for the floor.  Chrome trims were used for the window in the main bathroom and the external corner in the en-suite.  Both rooms look stunning, as the pictures show.

Sarah McFadzean (shower room)

Sarah asked me to tile the remaining bare wall in her shower room and the floor in the shower.  The walls were mostly done using respatex wall panels prior to me coming.  In the pictures you can see that I've tiled the wall opposite the shower  with large format white ceramic tiles that Sarah supplied herself.  For the floor she asked me to source and supply mosaic tiles.  These were porcelain anti slip mosaics and look very nice with matching white grout.  I also removed and then refitted the shower screen for this job.

Morag Allen (splashback)

Morag asked me to tile her kitchen splashback.  She supplied the tiles and asked that I supply all adhesive and grout etc.  She chose cream & green tiles and asked that I use a few decorative tiles to enhance the finished look.  It has totally transformed the look of her kitchen adding colour and brightness.  She was delighted with the end result!

Jane Stolberger (bathroom)

I was asked to tile Jane's bathroom around the bath area, up to half height.  She chose the tiles and I organised getting them paid for and shipped from Glasgow.  She asked me to supply the adhesive, grout and trims etc, which I was more than happy to do.  They are ceramic tiles installed in a staggered pattern and look very nice and in keeping with the rest of the house.

Stephanie Stretton (bathroom & splashback)

Stephanie & Roland contacted me and asked if I could tile their bathroom and a small area in their kitchen.  I removed the existing tiles in the bathroom which uncovered some very poor walls.  I made these good before tiling the area in the ceramic tiles they chose.  Once again, I organised getting these picked up and delivered and supplied all other materials for the job.  The change in the room is striking and they are delighted with the difference it makes.  They also asked me to tile the cooker hood area of their kitchen in a tile similarliy coloured to the existing splashback, which I did, and I have included a picture of this.

David Bagnell (bathroom)

David contacted me and asked if I would work around a plumber renewing his bathroom.  This is something I regularly do, so was no problem.  He supplied all tiles, and asked if I would supply adhesive and grout, which I did.  The tiles were fairly large format ceramic tiles in grey with a mosaic tile used in certain areas to break them up.  The finished look is very nice, as the pictures show.  There were 3 boxes of tiles left so David asked me to retile a small shower area downstairs, which transformed that area too.
